Elle is a direct-pay, membership-based primary care practice focused on women. Led by Dr. Michelle Heintges—an expert in women's health, functional medicine and hormonal management throughout each stage of a woman's life. Women are different than men and their path to wellness and prevention of chronic disease is unique. We deliver personalized, proactive, and holistic healthcare designed to elevate every stage of a woman’s life.
What makes Elle different from a traditional doctor’s office?
We care for fewer patients so we can care more deeply. At Elle, you’ll receive world-class attention in a VIP experience—with longer visits, zero insurance friction, and care that focuses on your long-term wellness, not just your symptoms.
Where is the practice located?
Elle Medicine is coming to The Pyramids at Park Lane, an iconic Dallas destination just minutes from NorthPark Center. Our custom-designed space feels more like a luxury wellness retreat than a traditional doctor’s office, complete with spa-like lounges, curated amenities, and private wellness pods designed for maximum comfort. Patients can expect discreet, seamless check-ins and convenient parking for a stress-free arrival every time. Construction is underway, with a grand opening planned for January 2026.
What does “direct-pay” mean?
At Elle, we charge an annual practice enhancement fee that gives women access to an elevated care experience. The fee is not for medical services covered by insurance or Medicare. It allows us to deliver the kind of attentive, unhurried, relationship-based care that modern women deserve.
Do you take insurance?
No insurance or copay is needed for your visits with Dr. Heintges. Your membership fee covers all appointments and annual bloodwork outlined in your membership tier. Any additional bloodwork, pathology, or specialized testing will be billed directly to your insurance as it normally would via the third-party provider.

What kind of care will I receive?
Dr. Michelle Heintges will be your dedicated physician and medical advocate—someone who knows your full health story, offers personalized treatment, coordinates with top specialists, and proactively guides you toward lifelong wellness.

Do you offer functional or integrative medicine?
Yes. We take a holistic, integrative approach—blending traditional Western medicine with innovative and functional treatments to support your unique goals and conditions.
Is Elle just for older women or those with chronic conditions?
Not at all. We care for women at every age and stage—from preventive care in your 20s and 30s to hormone health and aging support later in life.
Can I keep my current specialists?
Yes. We work collaboratively with your existing providers and can also connect you to the best specialists in Dallas through trusted partnerships.
How do I join?
Joining is easy. Start by scheduling a complimentary call with our team to learn more about the practice and ensure it’s the right fit for your health goals. Because Elle is an intentionally small practice, we limit the number of members to maintain the highest level of personalized care. Once accepted, you’ll complete a brief enrollment process and pay your annual practice enhancement fee to secure your spot. Can I use my HSA or FSA?
You may be able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for eligible medical expenses provided through Elle Medicine, such as labs, diagnostic testing, or certain procedures. However, the annual practice enhancement fee is not typically reimbursable through HSA or FSA accounts, as it covers non-medical services, such as extended access, wellness planning, and concierge support. We recommend checking with your HSA/FSA plan administrator or tax advisor to determine which expenses may qualify based on how your benefits are structured.
