Dr. Michelle Heintges is redefining women’s healthcare—one trusted relationship at a time

Elle Medicine founder Dr. Heintges leads with a rare combination of medical rigor, deep compassion, and a fierce commitment to every woman she serves. With over two decades of experience as a board-certified OB-GYN, she has become known not only for her clinical excellence, but for her personal investment in her patients’ lives.

Her vision for Elle is simple, yet radical: a concierge medical experience designed exclusively for women, free from the constraints of traditional healthcare. Elle blends advanced gynecology and functional wellness in a private and luxurious setting, offering individualized plans that support long-term health, hormonal balance, and whole-life vitality.

Grounded, genuine, and refreshingly candid, Dr. Heintges is the kind of doctor who tells it like it is, laughs with you in the exam room, and remembers the details that matter. Her patients often describe her not just as a physician, but as a friend—someone who listens with intention, acts with integrity, and shows up with a heart full of optimism (and a touch of mischief).

Dr. Heintges earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and her medical degree from UT Southwestern. She completed her OB-GYN residency at the renowned Parkland Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident, and has since spent over 20 years in private practice in Dallas. Today, she channels that experience into curating high-touch care for women in every life stage—from high school through menopause and beyond.

Elle, meaning “she” in French, is more than a name—it’s a tribute to every woman’s strength, story, and individuality. At Elle Medicine, Dr. Heintges ensures that each woman is seen, heard, and empowered to live the life she truly wants.

Outside the Office

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Heintges loves traveling, reading, and sharing great meals with her husband, Paul, and their two daughters. A proud Sooner (married to a Longhorn, which makes football season extra fun), she never misses the Red River Rivalry. Known for her loud laugh, love of good books, and irreverent humor, Dr. Heintges brings joy, energy, and curiosity to everything she does—whether she’s in the clinic or out exploring the world.
